This customer asked for a crawlspace encapsulation. The crew removed the old vapor barrier and any debris and were able to successfully complete the encapsulation. Crawl space encapsulation refers to the addition of a heavy-duty moisture barrier to the dirt floor of your crawl space, sealed foundation vents, insulated walls, and special crawl space dehumidifier(s).

Retaining walls are relatively rigid walls used for supporting soil laterally so that it can be retained at different levels on the two sides. Shotcrete is a method of applying concrete projected at high velocity primarily on to a vertical or overhead surface. The impact created by the application consolidates the concrete. 

Madole Construction revamped this retaining wall at the Brockway Springs Resort in beautiful Kings Beach, California. This wall bordered right up against Lake Tahoe, which provided our crew with beautiful views during their work days.

This vented crawl space in Lake Tahoe, CA had severe issues with humidity and moisture infiltrating the home. After contacting Madole Construction, we sealed off the vents and fully encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
