This an illustration of how to dry out a crawlspace.  This crawlspace had standing water in it we installed a smart sump sump pump which is absolutely the best on the market and only available through us you cannot get this at Home Depot, and a Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier to control moisture.

This house off of Wedekind Road in Sparks had some problems with its foundations.  Helical piers were recommended by the engineer to support and relieved this foundation permanently.

Innsbrook Village apartments was an interesting project.  The complex consisted of 32 balloon framed two story apartment units with slab on grade foundations.  At the time the apartments were constructed in the 1970's there was a significant gravel pit immediately to the east.  The gravel pit continuously pumped water out of the pit to keep the area accessible to mining.  The Truckee Meadows flood of 1997 completely flooded the pit and destroyed all of the equipment.  At that time the owners determined it would  not be viable to restart a sand and gravel operation, the City of Sparks took ownership and today it is the Sparks Marina one of largest urban lakes in the area.  The consequence of this for Innbrook Village was that water tables in the area rose substantially and the foundations began to experience structural distress.  The owners of the complex explored a range of repair options and strongly considered complete demolition.  All 32 units were repaired using Helical Piers.  The foundations were underpinned and releveled and the units were remodeled.  This was an extensive project lasting over a year but the real success was that the units were able to be repaired for about the same cost as the demolition.

Red hawk golf course needed a elevated cart path to cross a protected wetland area.  Several regulatory agencies were concerned about disturbing the wetland.  Helical piers provided the ideal, rapid no dig solution.

The 2007 Burning Man Celebration had a unique requirement.  They wanted to display a 25 ton sculpture of two semi-diesel trucks, let 50,000 people look and climb through them and there could be no trace of the sculptures or foundations 30 days after the event was over.  Due to the unique requirements and the remoteness of the Black Rock Desert helical anchors were the ideal solution for this challenge.  

Madole Construction Co. Inc recently completed repairs to two houses on Jamon Drive in Sparks Nv.  Both houses had structural distress and  caused by expansive clay soils.  There were stuck doors broken sheetrock and a broken truss on one of the houses.  Madole Construciton crews installed helical piers around the exterior, releveled floors and made structural repairs that restored the value of these homes to better than new condition.
