Meet Dana! Dana Garrison, our dedicated Call Center Specialist. As the first point of contact and scheduler for our sales team, Dana ensures every client interaction is smooth and efficient. With 13 years of customer service experience and 4 years in scheduling, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Though new to Madole, Dana appreciates being part of a supportive and driven team where employees are empowered to succeed.

Having moved to Reno six years ago, Dana enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend, her 9-year-old son, and close friends. She lives by the words of Albert Pine: “What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal,” a reflection of her dedication to meaningful connections. Dana’s professionalism and warm approach make her an integral part of our team.
